A new customer recently shared:
"I don't like green tea, but I want something like it that is good for me".
If you can relate to how they were feeling, then we suggest exploring our white tea selection, which can be a gentler pathway into pure, loose-leaf tea.
Alternatively, consider trying the caffeine free, Green Rooibos - an easy to drink option, containing lots of antioxidants. The liquor is much lighter and grassier than the traditional Red Rooibos which some find has too much of a vanilla undertone. We will go into more detail on rooibos in our next newsletter.
Is sugar naturally present in my brewed cup of tea?
Many of us are aware how inflammatory sugar can be on your body. A customer recently posed the question to us: “Is there any sugar in tea?”
According to the NZ Food Composition website there is 0% sugar in brewed pure black and green tea.
If you want to view the detailed nutrient analysis visit their website and search the category beverage - Food ID C1040 for black tea and ID C1039 for green tea.
